Ready Training Online (RTO) provides a full-service online training solution created specifically for the service and retail industries. The RTO platform is a comprehensive training and reporting system designed to streamline employee training. The platform includes an extensive library of industry-rich content, real-time tracking and comprehensive reporting features. RTO is led by a team of production and learning design professionals, with expertise in the convenience, restaurant and retail industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to manage organic search campaigns, improve search rankings and drive website engagement.
  • Manage all PPC campaigns and paid media/social advertising.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance.
  • Design and oversee all emails including marketing campaigns, newsletters, blogs, prospect/ lead nurturing, client communications, workflows, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule social media posts.
  • Assist with the ideation/creation of content that is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences for social, blogs, special promotions, the website, etc.
  • Stay current on target audiences, competitors, and potential markets of our products, including trends and opportunities.
  • Manage department HubSpot and Salesforce accounts.
  • Stays up to date on digital marketing trends including social media, website, advertising, SEO, CRM, and email to ensure best practices.
  • Work with department staff to identify trends, content and keyword gaps, and assess content performance.
  • Identify questions the target audience is asking to understand their pain points; ensure content messaging aligns with target audience needs.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing team and key stakeholders to develop new content ideas.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar, ensuring exceptional content is completed on schedule.
  • Commit to continuing knowledge development of products and services as well as target audiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop content assets that will support client retention and the sales process.
  • Implement SEO strategies that support our site goals.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread content, providing feedback in areas for improvement.
  • Identify channels on which to share content to include website, email, and social media, ensuring strong web presence and improving engagement.
  • Repurpose popular content across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate the use of video in the overall marketing strategy.
  • Promote consistent brand identity across platforms.
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure personal adherence to corporate mission, vision, values and policies
