Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing campaign performance. This role requires hands-on experience with social media, advertising platforms, and CRM tools tailored to real estate marketing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, sponsored campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behavior.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

  • Real Estate digital marketing: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through digital platforms.
  • Create and optimize remarketing funnels to re-engage potential buyers and clients.
  • Social Media Marketing & Paid Campaigns:
  • Manage and execute paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts, Meta Ads, and sponsored content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
  • Design and send engaging email campaigns targeting specific client segments.
  • Manage WhatsApp marketing efforts, including announcements, updates, and client communication through WhatsApp Business channels.
  • CRM Management:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate client data, segmentation, and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to streamline lead handover and track conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM analytics to monitor performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead metrics, and ROI.
