We have patients, not customers; clinics, not stores; and an unwavering commitment to improve the lives of everyone who allows us the privilege of participating in their health care. Built on a model of continuing care, we believe that if we do right by a patient we will create a lifetime relationship. If you aspire to change the lives of those we serve, then we may have a wonderful opportunity for you.

For this exciting new opportunity, we are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and highly adaptable. The successful candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. Enjoy hands-on collaboration not only with your immediate team, but other functions in the organization, and external partners like vendors and agencies.

- Manage reporting of all key measurements and results.
- Collect key insights and utilize them in developing overall strategy and plans.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure fully integrated planning and collaboration around the patient.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies to ensure engagements are delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage projects effectively to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
- Lead other strategic initiatives or programs as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing, PR, Communications), relevant certifications (e.g., NSCC), or proven experience and a strong portfolio.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Expertise and deep knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing high-converting and ROI-positive digital pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, and certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Expertise and/or certification in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measuring digital performance, creating reports, and making marketing decisions.
- Experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies to drive qualified website traffic.
