Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and strategic social media and SEO specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Seequent’s social media strategy, to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase qualified B2B leads into the sales funnel. Additionally, you will work with our web and product marketing teams to build and execute SEO strategies for web content and video optimization.
By overseeing content across social and search, you’ll help drive the vision to meet new and existing customers at different points of their journey with Seequent’s products. Ensuring an omni-channel content strategy that is not fragmented but supports and nurtures those engagements to leads.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Develop content calendars for various social media platforms as well as generating and sharing engaging content on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee audience engagement, working with our customer insights team to implement social listening
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop guidelines for keyword research and optimization across content types, including video
  • Own keyword market share reporting against and the content journey across social and organic search
  • Track and analyze key metrics to understand organic and social performance
  • Develop the video content strategy on site and within Youtube
  • Engage and manage agencies as required and third-party tools as required (e.g. SEMRush)

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing across social and SEO channels. Experience working at a global software provider would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other social media best practices.
  • Experience using Sprout Social, Sprinklr or a similar tool
  • Proven understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
