Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. As part of a dynamic marketing department, you’ll play a key role in creating and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies that connect our brand with a global audience of travelers.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, display, social media, email marketing, and SEO) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Content Creation: Design and execute content strategies that resonate with target audiences, from blogs to social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website and content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings. Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Social Media: Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and create compelling content to engage with current and prospective travelers.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement: Create personalized email marketing strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with influencers, travel bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and grow online communities.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies across digital channels to continually improve ad performance, email open rates, and customer engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in the travel and tourism sector. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay competitive in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven track record in managing paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics, as well as familiarity with social media marketing tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Passion for travel, with a keen understanding of traveler behavior and digital consumption trends.
