Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

vrCAVE is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team as we launch exciting new projects in the virtual reality entertainment space. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing on numerous marketing activities for vrCAVE. They will be required to understand the buyer persona and work on marketing campaigns that effectively attract and convert business owners in the location-based VR space. They will also perform marketing activities for vrCAVE’s partners, attracting end users in their local regions to their businesses.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be adept in SEO and advertising, able to create campaigns on various online platforms and iterate upon success. They will be comfortable researching and analyzing keywords, and able to optimize web content according to their findings. They will be able to adapt to new situations quickly, and understand the sales and marketing process both for vrCAVE’s own buyers and the end users of the software. They must be able to research local SEO and advertising standards and requirements anywhere in the world and develop materials that best cater to a diverse set of audience.
Your success will be measured by the number of new customer leads generated, and the quality of those accounts. This is a hybrid position: in-person on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Identify a new market’s most desirable customers
  • Present the information in a well worded, and concise form to the rest of the business development team
  • Generate and update marketing materials
  • Develop and keep website content up-to-date
  • Posting to Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Support existing customers in a directed marketing capacity
  • Traveling for work-related activities when necessary
