What you’ll be doing…
The Digital Marketing Tourism Executive will play a key role in driving digital tourism strategies for McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, enhancing its visibility and appeal as a top destination for international visitors from GCC, India, US, Turkey, China, Korea, and SEA.
Reporting to the Digital Tourism Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns across all markets, as well as manage organic McArthurGlen’s social media presence as well as leverage tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for tourism, strong digital marketing skills, and experience in managing online campaigns that target travel-related audiences. You will collaborate with the tourism team, external partners, and marketing teams to grow and enhance brand presence across various digital platforms.

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • You have experience in digital marketing, preferably in tourism, retail, or travel industries.
  • You have experience with SEM, social media marketing, content management on XHS and WeChat.
  • You are familiar with Google Analytics, social media tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • You have knowledge of tourism trends and international travel markets is a plus.
  • You can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • You possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
