Digital Marketing Trainee

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about writing and communication and looking to gain experience in SEO, copywriting and other digital channels.
In this role, you will primarily support our SEO and content marketing efforts, but you will also gain exposure to a variety of digital marketing disciplines. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and leads.

Aufgaben

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities
• Assist with on-page SEO optimization, including title tags and meta descriptions creation
• Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, website copy, social media content) that is optimised for search engines
• Assist with content scheduling and publishing on our website and social media platforms
• Monitor website analytics and report on the performance of SEO and content marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Provide support with other digital marketing activities as needed, such as paid campaigns and email marketing

Qualifikation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native-level) and English (C1 or above)
• Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
