For Mars Food to be the fastest growing food company, we need a comprehensive knowledge of the effectiveness of our media in the digital space. As a Digital Media Manager, you will be part of a strategic growth engine for Mars Food North America. You will be responsible for guiding digital media strategies, execution, and measurement, deploying best in class practices, and delivering insights across Mars North America. CMI’s role is to INSPIRE the business – understanding what will drive value in the future. Mars Food also needs to make quick decisions on which bets to take, through rapid test & learns developed on strong consumer insights. CMI’s role is to provoke the business to act with pace turning insight into tangible, commercially successful propositions to drive transformational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Challenge existing media measurement standards and metrics (i.e. ROAS) and partner with Brand and Media agency to develop digital media goals and KPIs
  • Lead & execute end-to-end measurement projects, interpret and analyze results for key insights, and make actionable recommendations to the business to improve ROI
  • Own the Marketing Mix Model (MMM) process: manage external vendor relationship and internal insights dissemination to optimize media spend
  • Guide and optimize test & learn agenda in partnership with digital media providers/media agency
  • Develop and execute media learning agendas in partnership with brand and omni commerce marketing teams
  • Contribute with building measurement/analytics tools and platforms that reflect the best and most appropriate solutions available, in partnership with our Digital Technologies organization and external media partners.
  • Liaise with marketing team and media buying agency to ensure optimized performance media (paid search, biddable, placements, etc.) strategy and plan.
  • Responsible for reviewing and reporting back periodically, including recommendations for real time edits and changes
