Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our advertising and campaign team sit right at the heart of AO - it’s down to them to make sure we’re getting in front of the right customers and showcasing everything we offer. In this role, you’ll help manage our digital media strategy, providing the direction for all our paid social, display, and youtube activity.
We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday - Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative and give better support and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING

  • You’ll be the channel expert for AO, providing campaign performance and optimisation insights into the best strategies and tactics
  • Oversee the work of a Digital Media Exec, training technical knowledge, and managing workflow
  • Build strong working relationships within marketing, trade marketing, buying, creative etc
  • Manage the enhancement of AO’s overall approach to Paid Media and design strategies that can be automated and executed
  • Oversee platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across Paid Social platforms, Display, and YouTube
  • Be comfortable with representing your team and channels in senior-level conversations
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
