WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE EXPERT FOR OUR BRAND HEY!

Mission:

The Digital media performance expert is responsible for :

  • defining the e-performance digital strategy for hey! Brand,
  • creating and implementing digital campaigns in the platforms (paid media, SEO, partners, animation…) to achieve our goals (traffic, sales, data collection…),
  • selecting the right tools / partners for the execution,
  • allocating the appropriate budget and optimizing the budget according to e-media performance
  • analyzing results and reacting accordingly.
  • He/she is also responsible to steer agencies and manage tools to reach the objectives.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect needs for campaigns from internal/external stakeholders
  • Analyze needs and propose best solution/strategy to reach the target within the allocated budget
  • Take end to end campaign ownership by selecting the right solution, creating the briefing for agencies, ensuring the following and timely execution.
  • Take end to end ownership of activities that need to be executed without agencies (with tools or manually, campaign set-up, dashboarding…)
  • Monitor daily performances (traffic, sales, conversion, campaigns …), create alert thresholds, notify stakeholders of any significant changes. Proactive monitoring and take action.
  • Support digital team with media/tools expertise
  • Educate non digital teams to improve their understanding of digital media and improve way of working between teams
