Description:
A career as a Digital Media Specialist in the Paid Media team at National Bank means acting as an expert in digital campaign management and optimization. Through your operational rigor, analytical mindset, and in-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, you will have a positive impact on campaign performance and collaboration with our internal and external partners.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms: Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager (SA360 is an asset).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- University degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of digital media initiatives to maximize consideration and acquisition of National Bank products.
- Proficiency in Google Search is an essential asset for this role.
- Collaborate with senior media specialists and the media agency on campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns by overseeing launch processes, audience implementation, creative updates, and budget management.
- Analyze digital initiatives’ performance to provide key insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage certain internal campaigns (recruitment, events, branch openings) from briefing to performance analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis and share media trends to continuously enhance our practices.
