Job Description
The Digital Media Specialist plays a key role in the elaboration and deployment of effective integrated media plans and buys across multiple digital platforms and publisher websites, driving growth and supporting marketing objectives in partnership with internal and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or equivalent ;
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Media ;
  • Hands-on experience with media platforms including Google Ads, Meta and DSPs ;
  • Knowledge of Paid Search is required,
  • knowledge of Display/Programmatic and Paid Social (an asset) ;
  • Experience with Google Analytics (an asset);
  • Good communication and presentation skills ;
  • Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken.
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the elaboration of media plans and identifies online media opportunities at all levels of the conversion funnel in collaboration with the Digital Media team ;
  • Develops and executes Paid Search, Display and Paid Social campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, TikTok etc.) under the supervision of the Interactive Strategists ;
  • Works closely with RCL Marketing and eCommerce divisions in building and deploying media strategies, including briefs, audience and creative management, tagging and tracking ;
  • Manages Ad Ops including campaign trafficking and setup, budget pacing, optimization and reporting ;
  • Analyzes campaign performance both in-flight to provide optimization recommendations to meet campaign KPIs and post-campaign to report on full media outcome against objectives with insights ;
  • Supports the development of in-house digital expertise by fostering innovation and ad tech while keeping up with trends and challenges in the industry ;
  • Contributes to the omnichannel growth of RCL through the evolution of media practice including measurement, media personalization, audience management, etc.
