Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Run Support Engineer to join our team in delivering remote front-line support to our clients. Please note, this role is a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends.
This role supports multiple clients concurrently. This role interfaces with the manufacturing, quality, digital, engineering, and facilities teams of our clients. You will gain exposure to their manufacturing processes through the troubleshooting and resolution of real-time issues. We have a team of on-call experts available to you for escalation of issues and it is expected that utilization of these experts will lead to continuous improvement of your technical skills and knowledge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • First point of contact for clients’ manufacturing issues related to digital systems
  • Document details of steps and actions taken to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues
  • Determine root cause of issue and potential solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Decide when to escalate to ensure client SLAs are met
  • Maintain internal procedural documentation
  • Provide feedback to drive continuous improvement of our services and operations
  • Additional responsibilities may include implementation of changes to fix issues, perform testing of changes, deploy changes, or manager assigned projects.
  • This is a remote role, travel and relocation are not required.
