JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the content for all LPGA owned and operated websites including but not limited to LPGA.com and EpsonTour.com. This role will be responsible for updating key parts of both tour websites on a weekly basis. The Digital Operations Manager will work with the third-party website developer to manage website enhancement projects to ensure the projects meet stakeholder objectives and remain on time and on budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital operations, digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience editing HTML and CSS is required.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS is required; experience with Sitecore is preferred.
  • Some video editing experience is preferred, for example cloud-based editing through products like WSC.
  • Familiarity with advancing and emerging technologies in the web development space.
  • Knowledge and experience with design programs like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • CMS Management of LPGA.com, EpsonTour.com and Tournament Microsites.
  • Tournament Coverage – Quality Assurance of data and scoring feeds, live event monitoring, content posting, homepage management, video management, photo management.
  • Manage weekly website maintenance tasks.
  • Manage written and video content creation as needed.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions for written and video content on tour websites.
  • Work with Website Development Partner to manage quarterly website enhancement projects
  • Maintain website analytics.
  • Manage and report display advertisements and pre-roll advertisements on tour websites.
  • Work nights and weekends to post editorial and video content to LPGA.com and EpsonTour.com during tournament weeks.
