Job Summary:
Semtech Corporation is seeking an experienced Digital Outbound Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute on multi-channel outbound campaigns that will directly drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. As a global leader in innovative semiconductor solutions, Semtech is committed to providing a seamless digital experience for our customers, partners, and stakeholders. We’re looking for a creative, analytical marketer to lead outbound campaign efforts that will directly drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase prospect and customer engagement and conversion using outbound levers including but not limited to:
  • Automated outbound workflows supporting trigger events
  • Lead nurturing campaigns to support engagement
  • ABM initiatives
  • Digital event marketing (webinars, events, podcasts, etc.), pre-event and post-event
  • Devise and drive data-driven experiments in marketing campaigns that innovates user experience; scale and drive automation of winning experiments to improve user experience and engagement
  • Own and curate the marketing database to ensure the firm’s universe of prospects is constantly growing and highly accurate (automating processes where needed / necessary)
  • Report and monitor success metrics for the outbound marketing channel mix and identify critical improvement opportunities within the programs with action plans to address

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and driving lead generation
  • Experience in managing corporate marketing events strategy and execution
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams as well as with customers and partners
  • Knowledge of marketing, events, and sales enablement best practices
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot a plus)
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $84,000 - $132,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
