GLOSS Publications, a part of The Irish Times Group, is seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Partnerships Manager to join our innovative advertising sales team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

GLOSS Publications is searching for an experienced Digital Partnerships Manager to help shape and drive our digital strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and/or print media sales and a passion for building and nurturing strong business relationships. As a Digital Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in driving digital revenue, developing innovative digital campaigns, and fostering partnerships with key direct clients and media agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Advertising Sales Director to achieve digital revenue targets.
  • Drive client acquisition and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate and manage digital campaigns in partnership with the Digital Editor of thegloss.ie and our digital team.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide timely reports to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the campaign tracker document on a weekly basis to ensure clear communication and workflow management.
  • Develop and evolve the digital partnership strategy for thegloss.ie, ensuring alignment with brand values and overall business goals, in consultation with the Advertising Sales Director and senior management.
  • Identify and target potential clients and growth opportunities, collaborating with the creative team to craft compelling and distinctive digital partnership proposals.
  • Cultivate cross-platform client partnerships, including event sponsorships and editorial collaborations, to expand our reach and influence.
  • Communicate regularly with the client base to foster strong, ongoing relationships and ensure our clients are kept up-to-date on campaign progress and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis and reporting, providing clients with comprehensive insights and learnings.
  • Innovate and refine digital partnership presentation formats and materials, delivering engaging and persuasive pitches to clients and agencies.
