Description:

A Day in the Life:
As a Digital Performance Analyst, your typical day would revolve around constructing reports, building and enhancing interactive dashboards, and providing data driven insights to stakeholders. You will also help manage and create new processes for data collection to further drill down into performance insights within the regulatory boundaries of GDPR, CCPA, and cookieless internet browsing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop interactive dashboards that showcase our digital performance across marketing and E-commerce efforts.
  • Create ad-hoc reports to support stakeholder initiatives and inquiries.
  • Collaborates with marketing teams to optimize the efficiency of Paid & Organic Search strategies.
  • Responsible for identifying new data parameters to collect and track to support further insights.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all reports & dashboards.
  • Responsible for providing data driven insights & suggestions to enhance our customers experience, site conversion, revenue generation, or other various KPI’s.
  • Collaborates with tagging, product, & E-commerce teams to implement & maintain our data collection processes for new and current products & websites.
  • Collaborates with E-commerce & legal teams to ensure data required for insights falls within scope of regulatory constraints.
  • Utilizes Lookerstudio, Tableau, Google Analytics & other data visualization & analysis tools to aid in day-to-day tasks.
  • Utilize big data tools to consolidate and cleanse large raw datasets for reporting purposes.
  • Manages KPI grooming sessions to assist with measurable outcomes at the inception of new products & initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets and business trends to provide insights.
  • Create alarms to detect and alert stakeholders when KPI’s fall below desired thresholds.
  • Responsible for documenting new & current data models/schema & data sources.
  • Seek and explore new opportunities that will drive meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1+ year prior analytical, commercial, marketing, or similar quantitative field experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years prior work experience, and/or graduate degree in lieu of experience, in related field.
  • Preferred experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, python, Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform/Bigquery and Teradata environments preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Proven analytical and/or modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications.
  • Previous experience working in Google Analytics and Bigquery highly desired.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge required including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.

We expect the starting salary to be around $65,000 to $75,000 with profit sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience. This position will remain open until its filled.
