THE OPPORTUNITY

AntiSocial Solutions is at the forefront of driving results for our clients, and we’re looking for a Digital Performance Lead who excels in retail and e-commerce to join our dynamic media team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital performance strategies across multiple retail and e-commerce accounts for Paid Search and Social while leveraging tools to optimize performance, ensuring effective planning, buying and measurement. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and media performance analysis will strengthen our agency’s capabilities and drive our clients’ success. With a strong and demonstrable understanding of performance marketing you will oversee a team of Media Performance Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance media specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and oversee comprehensive performance media strategies aligned with clients’ goals, target audience, and budget requirements.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs and target metrics, ensuring strategic alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Media Buying: Oversee media buying activities across Paid Search and Social, including core and emerging platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Instill best practice and process within your team for continuous campaign performance monitoring and analysis, leveraging data insights to optimize media spend, leveraging tools to automate & improve performance, targeting, messaging and creative elements.
  • Tools & Technology: Manage Product Feed Optimization Tool, SEM RUSH, and Dashboards.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of media spend.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, presenting performance reports, and strategy updates.
  • Partner Relationships: Build increasingly stronger relationships with core and emerging partners, and contribute to overall agency partner agendas
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies/platforms, and best practice in performance media, and proactively share formal insights/POVs with internal teams and clients.
