Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated performance marketeer who has demonstrable experience in driving improvements and efficiencies across digital paid channels. This role will be largely be managing our media agency’s performance across PPC, Affiliates, Digital PR and SEO. This hands-on role requires daily performance monitoring and optimisation so being comfortable in digital platforms is a must. Current digital channels managed via our media agency; PPC, PMAX, YouTube, Display, Digital PR, Advertorials, Affiliates and SEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily and weekly performance using platform and GA4 data (including conversion, acquisition and spend vs targets) and suggesting optimisations,
  • Influence the digital media agency daily on performance and managing the strategic channel roadmaps to ensure that we are taking advantage of new tech, beta products & testing AI,
  • Overseeing and suggesting optimisations of campaigns utilising the full breadth of tools and technologies;
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across eCommerce, analytics, technology and brand and leverage data and insights from 3rd party agencies or media owners to support our acquisition growth targets,
  • Hands-on management of all day-to-day activities for performance channels in collaboration with the digital agency,
  • Recommending changes across landing pages, creative and ad copy and reporting on statistically significant results to the business from testing,
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity for performance channels and identify creative ways of managing competitor tactics especially on paid search,
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest industry and technology changes and act accordingly.
