At Australian Unity, we’re looking for a dynamic Digital Performance and Search Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract, to spearhead our digital growth initiatives, drive strategic innovation, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. This role is a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, perfect for someone passionate about achieving impactful business outcomes in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with business units to understand goals and challenges, crafting SEO strategies that align with their objectives.
- SEO Expertise: Deliver thought leadership and execute initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead acquisition strategies and set ambitious performance targets to boost site conversions.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with Retail, Wealth & Capital Markets, and Home Health marketing teams to optimise omni-channel marketing ROI.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Work closely with analytics teams to leverage data, refine campaigns, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Education & Advocacy: Drive stakeholder education, highlighting SEO opportunities, best practices, and performance insights.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team that’s customer-focused and outcome-driven.
- Culture Champion: Lead by example, embodying Australian Unity’s values and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
