In this role you will lead the expansion of our customer business platform into new markets, deploy it in defined countries and lead go-to-market implementation of new solutions to ensure full utilization.
The location of the position can be Hilversum, The Netherlands; Alleroed, Denmark; Poznan, Poland or Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities:

Market expansion management:

  • Lead blueprint development to identify new business opportunities within new markets (including facilitating customer interviews)
  • Prepare blueprint planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to clearly define process and platform development needs for new segments & manage blueprint projects

Roll-out management:

  • Roll-out project planning & management (including resource allocation, trainings and stakeholder management )
  • Performing assessments of platform and user readiness for roll-outs (including identifying and addressing platform development requirements based on these findings)

Go-2-market platform development:

  • Defining acceptance criteria for new use cases in close alignment with idea reporters and GPM, conducting UATs
  • Ensure full utilization of digital solutions (including develop and manage KPIs together with business analyst, collaborate with performance manager and Key User Communities to improve process application knowledge)
  • Proactively seek and identify opportunities for improvement from the user point of view (UX) based on quantitative and qualitative insights

We expect you to be customer focused and result oriented. You will be successful in this role if you have a hands-on mentality with proactive approach and the willingness to dive deep in your topics. You should embrace and promote a culture of continuous improvement and nurture agile working environments.

In addition you have:

  • Project management experience (min. 3-5 years with at least 2-3 years focused on multi-regional projects), desirably mainly gained in managing digital projects e.g. digital transformation initiatives, implementation of e-commerce platforms, website development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Master’s degree as advantage preferably in Marketing, e-Commerce etc.
  • Fluent English skills, German knowledge as a plus
  • Experience working in an international, x-cultural matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20-25% of the working time (depending on project needs)
