We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as an Application Centre Manager (Digital Power)!
As the Application Centre Manager (Digital Power), you will be responsible for providing leadership to project management teams that work across multiple business units and technologies (including but not limited to MV, LV, Digital Power Solutions directly and other BUs indirectly

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the P&L of customer projects, managing the balance sheet (working capital) and Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage Customer Projects and/or Services Operation Center
  • Include responsibility of building competitive organizational set-up for Project Management, Engineering, Technical support to local business including some support functions and sales support
  • Lead Application Center team to successful execution of customer projects, while improving profitability, cash generation, hit rate and customer satisfaction on behalf of a multiple Business Units (BU)
  • Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders in Front Offices, Segments, BUs and GSC organizations
  • Ensure consistency of Application center delivery capacities & competitiveness in term of resources & expertise vs. business trends and BU strategies
  • Be an ambassador for change and innovation, launch of new solutions, replacement of old ones, embrace new technologies and methodologies
