About the Role
As a Digital Producer in our Digital Sale Experience Tribe, you’ll play a key role in helping to collaborate closely with the content team, product owners, analysts, developers, designers and senior managers to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
You champion digital transformation and are excited by it. Leading with your craft and bringing others on the journey, you’re a seasoned digital production expert and born problem solver who is passionate about driving and delivering customer acquisition, retention and service outcomes.
The Digital Sales Experience (DSE) Tribe is looking for people who are passionate about delivering for our customers. Our purpose is to deliver outstanding digital experiences for our retail, commercial and institutional customers, accelerating their ability to get on top of their money and their business.

What will your day look like?

Responsibilities:

Experience delivery – Shaping, building and delivering digital campaigns and website updates; IA uplifts; copywriting and SEO improvements. Measuring and improving content performance. Shared content team activities including peer reviews and site hygiene activities.
Stakeholder management - Influencing stakeholders on digital best practises in seeking the best customer outcomes. The confidence to present effectively to individuals at all levels including senior leaders.
Strategic objectives – Active contribution of your craft and expertise to DSE’s goals. Participating in and driving internal projects to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.
Growth mindset – Ability to take a 2-5 year strategic outlook with a commitment to continually improving processes. Broad knowledge of digital platforms and trends. Curiosity in developing new skills.
Accessibility – Proven understanding, knowledge and experience working with Accessibility standards (i.e. WCAG 2.1) and how this might be applied to both web and mobile platforms.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Deep practical experience in overseeing projects with a customer-centric and human centred design lens.
Proven experience delivering complex campaigns.
An ability to drive customer acquisition and digital service outcomes.
Initiative, attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills.
A track record of driving change at the organisational or departmental level.
An ability to assess complex situations and collaboratively determine the best outcomes.
Expertise in CMS (preferably AEM) and senior level content production skills (including confidence with HTML and familiarity with CSS and JS).
Experience in an Agile environment an advantage.
Kindness, a sense of humour, strong interpersonal skills and the desire to contribute to a positive work environment and team culture
