LLM Productization Analyst – Design for Future Digital Product and Services Analysis
Job Role: As a LLM Productization Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and shaping the future of digital products and services. You are a highly analytical and innovative LLM Productization Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and innovation research. Your ability to analyse market trends, evaluate digital products, and identify future opportunities sets you apart as a valuable contributor to the evolution of future banking.

As a LLM Productization Analyst, you will:

• Conduct innovation research to understand the changing landscape of future digital products and services
• Perform in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the evolving market
• Analyse and evaluate digital products and services, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Document user stories, scenarios, systematically product hypothesis, and conduct requirements analysis to inform the development of user-centric digital solutions
• Support cross-team communications

Requirements

• Expertise in intelligence product and business analysis, with a track record of innovation research and proposal development
• Deep understanding of emerging intelligence technologies (ML/NLP/LLM/GenAI, etc.) and their impact on products and human experience, with the ability to assess the value of innovation in future markets, incorporating deductive business scenario research, productization assessment across emerging domains
• Understanding of business and management operations in large enterprises, with the ability to quickly grasp business scenarios and strong product hypothesis capability. Can translate technical language into business language or hypothesis for effective communication
• Skilled in driving consensus by effectively demonstrating the potential and value of intelligence design concepts. Ability to use tangible methods to validate and debate the hypothesis, such as scenario blueprints, business maps, user data, hypothetical diagramming tools in order to accelerate information gathering, validation and consensus building
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members across departments and levels
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation to continuously advance professional knowledge. Proactive and self-motivated, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in intelligence design and productization
• Exceptional skills in writing and documentation, facilitating governance processes and ensuring alignment with clear documented evidence
