Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the Digital Product Manager (DPM) and the DPM conversation circle to set and implement strategy and roadmap for delivery.
  • Promoting and supporting the agile transformation.
  • Develop a strong and motivated team.
  • Leading in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Develop the team’s skills and capacity for both short and long-term goals.
  • Managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Secure product quality meets compliance, budget, and service level agreements.
  • Promoting an environment of openness, honesty, and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
    You will be part of the Volvo Group Truck Operations Industrialize management team, driving the production preparation agenda of modernization and future technologies. This includes transformation and development of capabilities and value streams.
    Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for our unit, understanding how these contribute to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.
