Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience with digital design in an agile product team.
- Ability to establish and own the user research and UX/UI design .
- Interaction Design : Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user interface specifications
- Design tools : Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Usability Testing : Experience in conducting and analysing usability tests to iteratively improve designs.
- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and justify design decisions.

THEN THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU!
As part of our Model Innovation Technology organization, you will work as a Product Designer on the LEGO Model Design & Build Instruction Management team. You will be working at the very heart of the LEGO Group, and very close to your user: our LEGO designers.
For this position we are looking for a designer with proven experience with interaction design and UI, as well as knowledgeable on data dashboard interfaces.
The LEGO Model Design & Build Instruction Management provides cloud tools, APIs and governance over Model Design Data and Build Instructions Data. The output of your work will be used by every single LEGO Experience, going through manufacturing, digital art for branding, games and more!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design the overall UI of a digital data-dashboard and other web interfaces, ensuring a consistent, user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and refine user journeys models and workflows, following user insights and UX practices.
- Conduct usability testing to identify issues and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Work with the engineers in your team to ensure accurate implementation of the design vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
