We at the department for Analytics at Volvo Construction Equipment are now looking for our new colleague in the position as Digital Product Manager (DPM). As a DPM, you will be leading one of five Data and Analytics domain teams. It is a cultural transformation journey we are on. Are you interested in joining us?

REQUIREMENTS
- Business experience in the P&L domain is a merit
- Relevant university degree from a recognized institute or an equivalent experience
- English is the main language, and we value verbal and written communication skills
The location is flexible, but a preferable base in Eskilstuna.

Responsibilities:
Together with the community, you will formulate and bring to life a roadmap closely connected to the business strategy making the most out of the new opportunities of the AI age.
In this role, you will have the possibility to build, inspire, and support the analytics community in your domain together with collaboration partners, domains can be for example Product & Machine Life Cycle or Parts & Logistics. Your work will cover a wide spectrum, from developing technical data, analytics and AI capabilities to new ways of working with a lot of teaching and coaching.
You will be the owner of a portfolio of “Data and Analytics Products”, enabling value to the company in many ways. Innovation is a key; to explore different combinations of data and technologies in a business and customer context.
