PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building products in a startup or alternative scenario with high ambiguity.
  • Experience with healthcare standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and HL7.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and protocols, such as FHIR.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts and applications.
  • Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute).

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our innovative and dynamic team as a Digital Product Manager focused on data initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision and execution of data-centric products and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver impactful results. Your expertise will guide our team in harnessing data to enhance our product offerings and support strategic business decisions. As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll be able to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that positively impact the healthcare industry.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate business needs into data-driven product requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.

Data Management and Integration:

  • Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data from various sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions to unify data across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to establish scalable data pipelines and architectures.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Define and prioritize analytics requirements to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to develop advanced analytics models and algorithms.
  • Ensure the delivery of actionable insights through data visualization and reporting tools.

Product Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders in the development of data products.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related product inquiries and issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify process enhancements, automation, and optimization opportunities in data handling and product development.
  • Stay current with data management, analytics, and product management practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for growth and enhancement.
