Description:
1.1. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital Product development teams and working closely with the implementation teams, gathering user feedback on digital products and recruitment of users within the franchise schools and stakeholders’ outlets.
1.2. Role Overview as Digital Product Manager:
As a digital product manager for our company, you will oversee the development and management of our digital products, focusing on the implementation and management of products for our franchised EE MUSIC schools in Singapore and China. Key responsibilities include:
a) Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the team and stakeholders.
b) Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new development.
c) Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product requirements based on market needs and business goals.
d) Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch.
e) Project Management: Manage the product development process from planning to delivery within set timelines and budget.
f) Testing and Optimization : Implement testing strategies to gather feedback for product optimization. (These should be done at our franchised Music schools)
g) Metrics and Analytics: Define KPIs to track product success and make informed decisions using data and analytics.
h) Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for product alignment and support.
i) User Experience Improvement: Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging product experience.
j) Product Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns for product adoption and engagement.
1.3. Collaboration with Franchised Music Schools:
a) Implementation : Spearhead the implementation of digital products within our franchised Music schools, closely collaborating with Centre Managers and teaching teams.
b) Data analysis: Gather relevant data and feedback from music classes, either in person or with teachers.
c) Collect Feedback and Utilization: Collect feedback in person for current and future digital product improvements.
d) Pilot project spearheading: Implement and spearhead and conduct student recruitment for Pilot projects. Conduct student recruitment for pilot project implementation.
e) Training: Conduct training of pilot projects and in usage in classes. When methodologies and usage is firmed, only then teacher training can be conducted.
f) Teacher Training : Conduct teacher training for use of product implementation in the franchised schools and collaboration in franchise and stakeholders’ schools
