EXPERIENCE.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role such as project management, business analysis, or operations, ideally within a tech, digital, or customer-centric environment.
  • Experience managing the product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and product launch.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
  • Track record of working in Agile environments, with hands-on experience in Agile practices like sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making, define product success metrics, and inform product iterations.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to align on product vision and deliver successful products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from executives to team members.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and vendors is often a plus, especially for products involving third-party integrations or partnerships.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, such as product management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

  • Degree or diploma in Digital and/or Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent
