POSITION OVERVIEW

We are a CMS-licensed company in Singapore specializing in the foreign exchange industry, and we are looking for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of the company’s entire portfolio of digital products. This pivotal role requires end-to-end management of digital product initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience, driving growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the highly dynamic forex market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in fintech, forex, or financial services industries.
  • Deep understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading platforms, and associated digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in financial services.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with CMS licensing regulations and compliance in Singapore.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and trading software.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to identify product enhancements and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Design and implement user-centric solutions tailored to the unique needs of forex market participants.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure all digital products comply with CMS licensing requirements and regulatory standards in Singapore and other operating jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance teams to integrate necessary controls and safeguards into product designs.
  • Technology and Partner Integration
  • Evaluate and onboard technology partners to enhance product capabilities and streamline operations.
  • Oversee integration of APIs, trading platforms, and other digital tools critical to the forex industry.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, compliance, and customer support, to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for digital product excellence across the organization.
