Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer insight and business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and embed a product ownership mindset across the business promoting and expanding the use of digital solutions.
  • Conduct analysis using market research and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
  • Translate requirements into detailed product specifications and backlog items, collaborating with the development team to manage agile product delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team and business processes and provide advice and technical training where needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risk associated with product development and deployment.
