- Master’s degree in relevant field
- 5-10 years of work experience within digital product development, preferable from a corporate agile environment
- Experience in SaaS, cloud-based solutions
- Result orientation and passion for concepting and delivering new digital products
- Aspiration to co-lead and drive agile ways of working, maturing our digital operating model and the digital product life-cycle
Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role as Digital Product Manager driving business cases and key digital services for Hearing Care Professionals (HCP’s). This, for them to be engaged in WSA and our brands and products. Making their daily life as an HCP easier and ensuring that WSA is easy to do business with.
Our products go beyond mere sales; they are essential aids that bring customers closer to their loved ones, enabling them to be an equal part of society. As our new Digital Product Manager, you will help remove the stigma of hearing loss and create digital services, that enables the HCPs to do an excellent service for the hearing impaired.
To succeed in the role, you have a long track record in digital product management or product ownership. You know how to bring new digital product- and service initiatives forward in a complex business environment, where many different stakeholders and markets are to get excited and aligned. You are very experienced in working closely with agile software teams and managing product roadmap and key priorities of your responsibility area.
You will work with brands like Signia, Widex and Rexton. We are a global multibrand multichannel company and therefore you will have a great palette of opportunities to make an impact for both B2B and B2C experiences across our brands, products and services. Your point of departure will be B2B digital services. You will be empowered to do what you do best, and we will go beyond together and have a lot of fun along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between digital strategy, business and product
- Develop the vision and long-term goals for digital services with product lead. Defining business cases, objectives and key results (OKR’s.)
- Manage a variety of stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations
- Innovate and maintain your part of the overall product roadmap, outlining the priorities, and progress of the products over time
- Work closely with Product Owners, CX & UX Designers and Agile Software Teams to ensure the product’s features and functionalities align with the vision and user needs
- Ensure high-level prioritization of product initiatives. Developing the product roadmap and set clear expectations together with PO on feasibility supporting consolidation of the digital backlog for agile teams to work on
- Convey an understanding of the requirements of digital channels in functional units and ensure smooth processes
- Utilize market analyses to include customer needs and market trends in product management
- Define the features and requirements of the product based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
- Ensure all stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer support, and finance, are aligned with the product strategy and have the information they need to support the product
- Decide which features to build next based on their expected impact, cost, and alignment with the product strategy
- Balance competing priorities, resource constraints, and time-to-market considerations to make informed decisions about product development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features or products, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and materials to attract and retain customers
