PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of building and launching successful digital experiences (e.g., web and mobile applications).
  • Expertise in designing and implementing member or user-centric digital experiences.
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences, particularly with a HealthTech company.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA and HL7.
  • Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute).

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Digital Product Manager focusing on Member Experience, you will work closely with a cross-functional team and business users to design and deliver outstanding member experiences. Your role will involve identifying and solving problems through innovation and technology, being a thought leader, and a subject matter expert in digital solutions such as apps and portals. You will design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that delight users and play an instrumental role in XO Health’s business architecture execution.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for member experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate member needs into digital product requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.

User Experience and Design:

  • Design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create prototypes and conduct usability testing to ensure optimal member experiences.
  • Gather and analyze member feedback to drive continuous improvement in product design and functionality.

Product Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders, in developing digital products.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

    Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all member experience-related product inquiries and issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and optimization in member experience and product development.
  • Stay current with best practices in user experience, digital product management, and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for growth and enhancement.
