Our Client Communications team continues to grow and we are now looking for a Digital Product Manager to join one of our vibrant offices in Bristol, Leeds or Edinburgh with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is highly experienced in implementing and improving digital communications, as well as experience of working with web and UX/UI designers to create new, engaging and modern customer facing websites and digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Product Manager with XPS you will:

  • Develop XPS’s digital engagement offering, predominantly focusing on the roll out and development of the member services site, MyPension.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and use these insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Create and maintain a clear and prioritised product roadmap, outlining features, improvements, and updates for the digital suite.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Engagement, Product Owner and other stakeholders to define product requirements, ensure timely development, and successful product launches
  • Champion exceptional user experience design, ensuring intuitive navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, monitor performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions
