We’re looking for a new Product Owner to help us realise our ambitions across a number of business initiatives. In this role, you will work alongside the wider Product and business team to shape and evolve our product vision and strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of both our Continuous Improvement roadmap, as well as strategic projects.
Working with key business stakeholders within eCommerce and across the wider business, you will be tasked with improving customer experience, empowering colleagues and growing profitability and market share, through the introduction of new features and enhanced customer journeys.
You will need to adopt a test and learn approach, utilising customer insight and data to identity potential improvements and resolve existing customer pain points.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience working as part of an agile development team
- Excellent analytical skills to support hypotheses creation through utilisation of data and insights to spot opportunities
- Experience working in a test and learn environment
- Strong communicator who collaborates across a variety of teams and stakeholders
- Good business acumen and understanding of key online trading metrics and commercial profit drivers
- Comprehensive understanding of customer shopping behaviours, motives and expected service levels, to support definition of standout customer experiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with high degrees of ambiguity
- Mobile and/or online experience is desirable

Responsibilities:
AS PART OF THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Work alongside the Principal Product Manager and Senior Product Owner to help define the mobile strategy and vision
- Backlog creation and maintenance, including writing of Epics/Stories and assigning priority
- Mapping out customer buying journeys and colleague selling journeys against the product strategy
- Collaborating with Commercial, Trading, Services, Analytics and Optimisation teams to understand current commercial performance and identify future growth opportunities whilst mitigating potential risks
- Collaborating with Retail, Customer Insight, UX/UI and Optimisations teams to refine and optimise customer buying journeys / colleague selling journeys
- Partner with InfoSec, Business Standards and Compliance Teams to achieve compliance through design
- Partnering with technical testing teams and business users, to ensure all new features and enhancement are thoroughly tested prior to deployment to production
- Maintain reciprocal relationships with key business stakeholders to support realisation of commercial objectives, increase customer satisfaction and remove unnecessary friction and complexity
