The Digital Product Owner will be instrumental in supporting the Global Digital Product Team and the broader Commercial team in executing INEOS Automotive’s digital strategy. This role focuses on defining and prioritising product features, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring that digital solutions align with customer needs and business goals while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maximise product impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and customer needs
  • Maintain the digital roadmap that outlines key features and milestones, adjusting as necessary based on stakeholder feedback and market changes
  • Lead the planning, prioritisation, and execution of digital product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Act as a central point of contact between cross-functional commercial teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT), ensuring alignment and effective communication on all digital initiatives
  • Analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all teams are fully prepared for product launches, including readiness across support, training, and internal communications
