Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between two scrum teams as well as stakeholders and vendors.
  • Incorporate customer care considerations, risk, and compliance into innovation processes and solutions.
  • Ensure optimal workflow with delivery teams to support strategic outcomes.
  • Prioritise the backlog, coordinate new requests, and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Define product features based on customer needs and data insights.
  • Track and measure the achievement of Business and Product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
