WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lennox Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are guided by our core values of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. We have an immediate opening for a Digital Product Owner II. The Digital Product Owner plays a crucial role in guiding the development of products by prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of both customers and stakeholders. The Product Owner will be responsible for maintaining a well-defined backlog and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to the technology team, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Meticulously maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with the overall product strategy and key business priorities.
  • Orchestrate feature development in DevOps and provide guidance to business analysts for crafting clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria. Offer the development team the necessary details for seamless feature implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend user needs, and integrate valuable feedback into the dynamic product development process.
  • Cultivate robust technical relationships with vendors and serve as the product representative throughout the entire product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, release, updates, and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with the development team to meticulously plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely delivery of the most valuable features.
  • Define meticulous acceptance criteria, actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide sign-off once delivered features meet the specified requirements.
  • Work closely with the digital and technology teams, including the release coordinator, to identify impactful changes for implementation and support stakeholders and customers.
  • Skillfully communicate the product roadmap, release plans, and feature updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks related to product development and delivery, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing the product development process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of delivered features, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
