Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Use content management systems (CMS) and digital production tools effectively.
• Ensure familiarity with the latest technologies to support content delivery.
• Work independently or within a team to meet deadlines and respond to dynamic newsroom needs.

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee and enhance the digital presentation of The Irish Times’ content across platforms, combining high-level editing, multimedia integration, and strategic audience engagement to maximise reach and subscriber growth.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Provide cover for colleagues when necessary.
• Perform other relevant tasks as directed by the Managing Editor - Production or Head of Audience.
