As a key member of our eCommerce Retail team, the Digital Production Designer will work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer to produce and manage visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals. The role will involve handling the day-to-day production of graphics and videos for newsletters and the website, as well as assisting with website building to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions.
The candidate should be creative, detail oriented, multi-faceted with qualified visual background training and be solutions driven. This role requires agility, technical skills, and organizational abilities, while working collaboratively with team leads and fellow designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging graphics and visual content (static assets, videos, and gifs) for the website and newsletters.
• Create mockups of website landing pages and newsletters for approvals.
• Ensure all design work is consistent with our brand identity, UX guidelines, and accessibility laws.
• Support occasional production files for retail marketing assets
• Assist with building and maintaining the website in the CMS by inputting content for key landing pages and modules and managing the archiving process.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver designs that meet deadlines.
• Stay ahead of design trends to participate in ideation sessions.
