ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in the digital space? ALM is looking for a driven Digital Program Coordinator to support our E-Commerce and Loyalty Reward Programs. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for both retailers and shoppers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues with speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-specific online pricing policies.
- Assist in onboarding retailers and manage account setups.
- Resolve shopper inquiries through live chat, phone, and email, while also closing sales leads.
- Handle retailer and shopper conflict resolution, ensuring timely processing of orders.
- Manage refunds, chargebacks, and maintain up-to-date product and pricing information.
- Drive business growth by actively promoting outbound sales programs.
- Keep the eCommerce budget tracker up to date and accurate.
You’re Likely a Match If
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience in outbound selling is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, fast learner eager to grow in the digital space.
- Experience in the liquor industry is desirable.
