Description:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the development and curation of clinical and patient information for primary care in Sunderland. Support The Digital Programme manager in the delivery of a place based 3-year digital plan. Provide support for the delivery of the Clinical Support Information Project Work with the member practices, the ICB and other stakeholders to support the development of General Practice at scale. Develop networks with a range of system partners to ensure projects complement services elsewhere in the local health economy; Attend meetings with partner organisations designed to develop and integrate services across the city; Provide administration project support to the team relating to specific projects, including arranging meetings, venues and keeping action logs.
Maintain local document management systems. Develop and maintain project plans under the supervision of the project managers. Attend project implementation groups to support the administration of these groups Deputise for project management staff if needed at scheduled meetings. Interact with NHS systems such as GP TeamNet/EMIS/SIRMS to ensure compliance with expected standards.
Assist with data and information analysis to support project delivery. Carry out research to support development of new initiatives. Work as part of a wider team to support the development of services and tenders in line with strategic objectives. Collect and manage qualitative and quantitative data indicators.
Prepare, monitor and maintain budget information relating to projects. Support the completion of monthly or quarterly financial reconciliations; Produce monthly reports to highlight performance against contract objectives; Ensure all services operate within the organisations clinical and information governance policies, identifying, resolving, and reporting, where appropriate, any departures from protocols; To work flexibly within the team to ensure the work of the whole team can be effectively managed; Confidentiality In the performance of the duties outlined in this job description, the post-holder may have access to confidential information relating to patients and their carers, practice staff and other healthcare workers.
