DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

• Risk management of projects in execution and delivery phases.
• Provide strategic expertise by defining processes to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, deadlines and quality standards.
• Integrate ongoing risk management trade-offs with overall profitability.
• Constantly and creatively looking for new and improved ways of working to ensure competitive production.
• Results oriented in both business and output ensuring project delivery meets the quality needs of the brief, best practice and client expectations.
• Reviews project management processes and strives to improve them using up to date project management methodologies and tools.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 10-12 years relevant experience in project management / resource management in the creative / advertising industry.
• Leadership experience in managing various internal stakeholders.
• Sound financial planning and budget management experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management and presentation skills
• The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients
