Description:
An exciting opportunity has come up within the IT and clinical systems team!
The post holder will support the Transforming Care Digitally Programme to support the planning and implementation of IT Projects for The Trust so that Community & Corporate staff of c5000 across multiple sites have the necessary tools to deliver and provide healthcare services
Monitor project staff and resources.
Plan, execute, and manage the portfolio of IT Projects. The role includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the project according to plan.
The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control and communication throughout the project life cycle.
Lead on project development from beginning to end, providing expert support and management to project stakeholders.
Support associated dependencies and projects.
Working with the wider service to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support.
Full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to workstream members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Write and update reports and maintain all project documentation to enable reporting to various stakeholders including the Executive team, Project Boards and the trust Management Boar.
Present presentations to large group.

Co-ordinate the portfolio of projects for the Trust and is part of the wider Digital service that leads on IT strategy, development, co-ordination, planning, project and programme management for all IT supporting functions. This includes contract management, IT estate equipment and all IT services.
The role of Digital Project Manager is to manage the portfolio projects for the trust and be part of the wider Digital Services team in its day to day operations providing a high quality IT Support Service; this will mean working with the Technology Services to ensure delivery times and project schedules are defined and met.
The post holder will be part of the core hub that will manage real time communications with customers on the current status of IT Projects, liaising directly with any other Informatics team as required
