We are now seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge people planning tools across multiple countries. This role is crucial in enhancing our co-worker experience and boosting business resilience through state-of-the-art digital solutions.

Lead Country Rollouts:
Drive the complete rollout process in designated countries, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risk. Ensure the successful implementation of digital people planning tools.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Work closely with the Global Solution Delivery Manager, Country Steering Groups, and key stakeholders. Partner with country representatives and Central Project Teams to ensure seamless execution.
Facilitate Workshops and Meetings:
Organize and lead workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder briefings to ensure alignment and progress.
Develop Best Practices:
Create and refine rollout strategies to ensure rapid and effective delivery of digital solutions across markets.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires travel to various rollout countries to oversee project execution and stakeholder engagement.
