REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and agile project management skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Cloud Storage, and Networking. GCP professional certifications are highly desirable.
• An understanding of UX to create user-centered, intuitive, and accessible products that increase adoption and satisfaction while reducing support costs. This knowledge will also help collaboration with our UX design team and drive innovative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Proficiency in cloud solutions and concepts, with a good understanding of security, networking, and cost optimization.
• Experience: Significant experience in managing a portfolio of digital delivery projects with a focus on machine learning and AI. Proven track record in agile project management and project portfolio management.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational and agile project management skills with the ability to meet key milestones and manage budgets. Experience with formal governance structures and risk management.
• Ability to create and present compelling business cases.
• Experience with digital technology partners and risk management.
• Passion for digital innovation and stakeholder collaboration.

As our Digital Projects and Innovation Manager, you will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our projects are user-centric and designed with participation. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global CX & Digital Experience, you will manage a diverse portfolio of digital projects, driving technological advancements that expand our reach and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a portfolio of strategic digital (agile) projects with comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging digital trends.
• Provide technical insights for new digital products.
• Develop compelling business cases to secure project funding.
• Oversee project budgets within the broader digital budget.
• Collaborate with technology partners for product development.
• Support user-centered project development and rapid prototyping.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for global project execution.
• Present progress updates to executive leadership.
