THE OPPORTUNITY | TE KŌWHIRINGA

Our team is looking for a Digital Quality Service Project Coordinator within the Downer Transport & Infrastructure business.
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and risk management of the digital platforms and services provided to frontline teams.
In addition to quality assurance, this role involves supporting the Digital PMO Project Managers with project coordination duties. There may be an opportunity for this role to manage small projects, so would suit someone interested in getting into project management.

IMPORTANT SKILLS | NGA PŪKENGA MATUA

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester, Six Sigma), and risk management.
  • Experience (5+ years): Proven experience in quality assurance and testing within a digital or IT environment.
  • QA Plan Development: Experience in developing and maintaining QA plans, test strategies, and test cases.
  • Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating risks related to service quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:
