Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Segment Strategy Senior Manager who will synthesize business and digital strategic context, to identify and promote digital product and partnership opportunities. This professional will support executive communications with Operating Committee members, and their teams.
They will cover one or multiple business lines and build trust-based working relationships to strengthen the feedback flywheel between CB, CIB Digital team and the business line.

In this role, you will:

  • Support executive communications, including Operating Committee members, demonstrate value of digital investments and make the case for further digital investments
  • Lead document creation and presentations for Digital Steering Committees and other executive governance forums
  • Cover end-to-end digital needs and opportunities of a business line
  • Synthesize cross-functional information (data, analytics, research, product) to provide a comprehensive/coherent digital strategy for the segment
  • Workshop business priorities, data, pain points and business transformation opportunities with the business
  • Identify digital opportunities for self-service and business transformation
  • Assess various digital opportunities for financial, client impact and feasibility in partnership with Digital Product teams; build business cases and models to assist with prioritization
  • Identify external partnership opportunities with Fintechs and financial services providers that solve for client needs
  • Build strong working relationships with the business line stakeholders, product stakeholders, activation and enablement teams
  • Coach and manage a team of Segment Digital Strategists, own high-quality delivery
